The question is on censorship of the Jewish religion. I am confused on this.
My answer would be to use academic encyclopedias for the broad introduction to the subject but would go in depth into the censorship of the Jewish people by the Jewish people through academic journals route and would also use google scholar to locate the intricacies of this subject pertainig to the Censorship of the religion.

ReplyDeleteI wanted you to use the 5 practice questions as well as your 3 research questions to match up the most appropriate information sources to demonstrate your awareness of what kind of information you are apt to find in the sources. This was based on the IRIS readings and the handouts. I agree that an academic encyclopedia could be a good starting point for your question, since you found your information using GVRL. But considering it is a historical question, it seems like a book might be the best source to cover this topic. Does that make sense?
The point for this assignment was to expand your understanding of the different types of information sources and what you are most likely to find in them. Given our online world, this is a blurry line but it gives you a basis for comparison.
